Over digital and analogue connections, or via mobile telecommunication networks, our experts are able to dial into the systems worldwide and either repair or diagnose the faults causing the incident. We will then discuss with you further specific measures that need to be taken. Of course, direct outward dialing procedures will be performed only with your prior consent.
